EARTH (EDMONTON ADULT ROLLER TILE HOCKEY)- RULES & GAME PROCEDURES
EARTH CHAMPIONSHIP GAME 3- NO TEAM IS ALLOWED AFFILIATES OR SUBS
- All Players have to be registered on their respective team & signed the waiver
- Minimum 4 players & a goalie to start the game
- If a teams goalie is not dressed and ready by the game start time, that team will be accessed a 2 minute delay of game to start the game
- The teams are to start the game at opposite ends from their benches
- Goalies are allowed a water bottle on top of their net, but the goalie and/or team has to have a towel/rag in case there is any leakage or spill
- Four skaters and one goalie on the surface at one time
- Game warm ups are 2 minutes 30 seconds
- Games will be 2- 18 minute stop halves
- If a puck hits the net or goes out play, officials will immediately blow their whistle
- Inline has no offside or icing!
- If the game ends in a tie & time permits, there will be a 5 minute sudden death overtime. If a winner is still not decided, there will be a 3 person shootout until a winner is declared If time is short, there will ONLY be a 3 person shootout. If there is no time left in the time slot, the game will end in a tie
- Minor penalties are 2 minutes
- Delayed penalties: if a third player of any team shall be penalized while two players of the same team are serving penalties, the penalty time of the third player shall not commence until the penalty time of one of the two penalized players has elapsed
- If a player is on a clear breakaway and gets taken down by a stick or body, there will be a penalty shot, to the referee's discretion
- Timekeepers are supplied by the league
- Affiliates: If you are short players, you can get permission from the league to borrow another player from another team or you can register another player
- A player can play on two teams if the two teams are in different divisions
- The two teams to play next are only allowed on the surface AFTER all the players from the previous game have left the surface
- NO TOLERANCE FOR ABUSIVE BEHAVIOUR TO PLAYERS, OFFICIALS, TIMEKEEPERS, FANS, OR FACILITY WORKERS
